Chief Financial Officer

Brenda Palmer is the Chief Financial Officer for the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA). In this capacity, she oversees the administrative functions of the Association including finance and accounting, investments, human resources, information technology, leasing and general office support.

Prior to joining PCMA, Ms. Palmer spent seven years working as a Senior Vice President for Operations for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. Prior to working with CSIS she spent 5 years at the Department of Commerce, Office of the Inspector General.

Ms. Palmer is a graduate of Virginia Tech, and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School. She is also a member of the Virginia Bar.
