PCMA’s PBM Summit is an educational and networking event for senior executives from PBMs, specialty pharmacy, payers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The 2013 Summit will include thought-provoking panel discussions. These sessions will offer attendees insights and solutions to the strategic challenges and opportunities facing the pharmaceutical supply chain. The Summit agenda will give attendees ample time for face-to-face client and customer meetings. Attendance will continue to be limited to roughly 450 senior executives. The event sells out every year, so be sure to register as soon as possible.

  • There ARE restrictions on the number and type of individuals who may attend this event:
    • This event is designed and held exclusively for PCMA Members and Affiliates.
    • Members and Affiliates may register individuals on a first-come, first-serve basis until the event sells out at approx. 450 people.
  • Registration for this event also includes registration for the SPBF. Individuals who register for the Summit will automatically be registered for the SPBF; the SPBF registration passes are non-transferable.
  • Anyone entering PCMA or sponsor-designated meeting space during the event dates/times MUST be registered and wearing a badge for that meeting.
  • Registrations are non-transferable from one company to another, however substitutions within companies are welcome at any time.
  • Registration cancellations will be accepted up to 14-days prior to the start of the conference and a full refund will be issued. If a registration is canceled within 14-days of the start of the conference, PCMA cannot refund the registration.
  • Please know that PCMA strives to keep this event intimate and productive. In this spirit, and in order to be fair to all who support the meeting, we ask that companies only have registered attendees onsite during the dates of this conference.

The PBM Summit will be held at the Wynn Las Vegas. Room reservations can be made by click this LINK or by calling the hotel directly at (866) 770-7555 or (702) 770-7100. The cut-off date for making reservations is Monday, March 4, 2013.

Negotiated Group Rate: $209

All reservations require a two-night room and tax deposit as a guarantee at the time the reservation is made. This deposit will be applied to the first two nights of stay at the hotel. Such deposits are refundable only of cancellation is received on or before March 4, 2013. Reservations cancelled after March 4, 2013 forfeit this deposit. Rooms available at the preferred rate are available until March 4, 2013 and are based upon availability. After March 4, 2013 any DATE changes to existing room reservations WILL NOT BE ALLOWED, Only name changes will be accepted. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of remaining room nights that were reserved.
