PCMA also collects names and email addresses voluntarily provided by individuals who register for access to the member only portions of PCMA’s website. For individuals who register for PCMA conferences, PCMA collects relevant information such as name, title, employer, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, email address and payment-related information.
Any information collected may be shared with PCMA staff or our agents to better serve you. We may from time to time use your mailing address, phone number or e-mail address to provide you with updates or other information that we think may be of interest to you, i.e., notifications of an upcoming conference. PCMA analyzes our website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on our website. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we make no attempt to link them with individuals that actually browse the site.
