Jack Linehan is PCMA’s General Counsel – in which role, he serves as the organization’s chief legal advisor.  Jack is an experienced health care regulatory and litigation attorney who is deeply familiar with legal matters involving PBMs and drug distribution, reimbursement, and pricing issues generally.
