John (“Jack”) Linehan is PCMA’s General Counsel – in which role, he serves as the organization’s chief legal advisor.  Jack is an experienced health care regulatory and litigation attorney who is deeply familiar with legal matters involving PBMs and drug distribution, reimbursement, and pricing issues generally.

Prior to joining PCMA, Jack worked for several years in private practice, including as a partner at the law firm, Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.  He also served as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and as law clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for Maryland.

Jack is a graduate of Williams College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
