Jill Mitoko is Vice President, Human Resources, Benefits, and Administration at PCMA. Jill is responsible for recruitment, talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, benefits, and administration. Jill also serves as a trusted advocate and adviser to staff on matters of human resources, benefits, professional development, and administration.

Jill joins PCMA from the Water Environment Federation where she served as Senior Director, Human Resources and Facilities. Jill has professional certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Jill holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Catholic University.
