Laura Neff joined the PCMA team as Policy and Legislative Analyst for State Affairs. Ms. Neff is currently a PhD candidate in the History of Medicine at Royal Holloway, University of London. Her PhD thesis is on the history of abdominal surgery in late-Victorian England. She also holds a Master’s Degree in the History of Medicine from the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at University College London and a Bachelor’s Degree from American University. Her work experience includes time with Chatham House, Royal Institute of International Affairs, an international think tank based in London, as well as time in the Office of Congressional Ethics, US House of Representatives in Washington, DC.
