Tonia Sorrell-Neal is Senior Director, State Affairs for PCMA. She comes to the association with more than 20 years of association management and lobbying experience in the construction industry with a primary focus in Washington, Oregon and California. Tonia also has more than 15 years of experience as a Taft Hartley health trustee. 

She resides in Bellevue, Washington and will handle state advocacy issues in that part of the country.
