Zach Pleasant is Senior Director, IT and Operations for PCMA. He is responsible for the organization’s technology needs.

Prior to joining PCMA, Zach was the Senior Director of IT Services at the Institute of Transportation Engineers where he oversaw staff and office technology, the association websites, as well as the association management system. He has over 20 years of association technology experience.

Zach graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Anthropology and George Washington University with a MA in Anthropology.
