Jocelyn Wiles is Assistant Vice President of Federal Affairs for PCMA. In this role, she represents PCMA and the PBM industry before Congress and key health care policy stakeholders in Washington.

Prior to joining PCMA, Ms. Wiles spent five years serving as a federal lobbyist for America’s Essential Hospitals, representing the interests of safety-net hospitals across the country. She also brings experience from both the Executive and Legislative branches of the Federal Government.

Ms. Wiles served as a Public Health Analyst for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration. She also spent five years working on Capitol Hill for several members of the U.S. House of Representatives, notably serving as the health care Legislative Assistant for Representative Kathy Castor (D-FL), responsible for all business of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Health. Ms. Wiles is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park.
