PCMA Announces Key State Affairs Staff Additions

(Washington, D.C.) — The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) today is announcing new staff additions and a promotion within its State Affairs department.

Sam Hallemeier joins PCMA as Director, State Affairs. Sam brings broad industry experience, having worked in both the business side and state government affairs at Cigna. Michelle Mack also joins PCMA as Director, State Affairs, and she brings nearly 20 years of PBM experience to this organization. Michelle most recently worked for Express Scripts’ government affairs division.

In addition, Connor Rose is promoted to Director, State Affairs. For the past two years, Connor has assisted with legislative tracking and numerous member-facing services.
