Q: Registration Substitutions
Registration slots are non-transferable from one company to another; however, substitutions within companies are welcome at any time. Please email Shelly O’Neill or Kayla Firriolo if you would like to make a registration substitution.
Q: Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to 14 days (February 4) prior to the start of the conference for a full refund. Cancellations after February 4 will not be refunded.
Q: Meeting Room Only and One-Day Badges
All badges are considered “full access.” We consider virtual meetings just as much a part of the conference program as sessions, we do not offer meeting room only or one-day badges.
Q: Attire
Attire is generally business casual
