Planning for the PCMA Forum 2025 is underway! The conference will take place at he Signia by Hilton Orlando. Bonnet Creek in Orlando, FL on March 10-11, 2025.
Registration will open to members and sponsors soon. Please take note of the following registration launch dates and mark your calendar.

FAQs
Q: Registration Substitutions
Registration slots are non-transferable from one company to another; however, substitutions within companies are welcome at any time. Please email Shelly O’Neill if you would like to make a registration substitution.
Q: Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing will be accepted up until February 7, 2025 for a full refund. Cancellations after February 7 and “no shows” will not be refunded.
Q: Meeting-Only and Single-Day Registrations
Only one registration type is offered. All registrations are considered “full access.” We do not offer registrations for private meeting room access or single day.
Q: Attire
Attire is business casual.

PCMA’s Code of Conduct

Release of Liability
As a condition of your participation in the Event, you agree to comply with all laws and rules applicable for the Event, including all reasonable rules promulgated by the venue or by PCMA. You expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with your participation or presence at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of loss, harm, damage or injury to property or person, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise. You acknowledge that these risks include the risk of infection with a communicable disease from attending the Event or traveling to or from the Event. You acknowledge and agree that PCMA shall not be liable for, and in consideration of your participation in the Event you hereby release PCMA from, any and all risks, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever which may arise in connection with your participation in the Event.
Security Policy
In order to provide a secure environment, conference participants MUST wear name badges when attending any conference function, including sessions, meals, evening receptions, and private meetings in member and sponsor meeting room facilities. Security will monitor entrances to all conference function space.
