PCMA reserves the right to deny registration and refuse access to this private event at our absolute and sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever.

By registering, attendees give PCMA permission to use and publish photos and/or videos that are taken during the conference.

Attendance at a Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) meeting or event includes the limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and nontransferable right and license to use any PCMA materials, whether written, oral or electronic, made available by PCMA to the attendees for informational or personal use purposes only. PCMA reserves all other rights. PCMA or its licensors own all rights in and to all of its presentations, content, designs, methodologies, processes, programs, products, information, and documentation. PHARMACEUTICAL CARE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, PCMA and all other names, logos, and icons identifying PCMA and its products and services are proprietary trademarks of PCMA, and any use of such marks without the express written permission of PCMA is strictly prohibited.

PCMA’s Code of Conduct

PCMA is committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment and a culture that embraces and encourages different perspectives. All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, and staff at any PCMA event or interaction are expected to observe the following Code of Conduct.

PCMA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and respectful experience for all regardless of a person’s individual characteristics and circumstances, including race and ethnicity, sex, gender identify or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, economic status, national origin or immigration status, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, disrespect, or the marginalization of those involved in events or interactions in any form.

Any individual who feels harassed, discriminated against, disrespected, or marginalized is strongly encouraged to speak up in the moment or report the incident(s) to PCMA staff to create the environment all of us deserve.

As a condition of your participation in the Event, you agree to comply with all laws and rules applicable for the Event, including all reasonable rules promulgated by the venue or by PCMA.  You expressly assume all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with your participation or presence at the Event, including, without limitation, all risks of loss, harm, damage or injury to property or person, whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God or otherwise.  You acknowledge that these risks include the risk of infection with a communicable disease from attending the Event or traveling to or from the Event.  You acknowledge and agree that PCMA shall not be liable for, and in consideration of your participation in the Event you hereby release PCMA from, any and all risks, losses, damages and liabilities whatsoever which may arise in connection with your participation in the Event.

Security Policy

In order to provide a secure environment, conference participants MUST wear name badges when attending any conference function, including sessions, meals, evening receptions, and private meetings in member and sponsor meeting room facilities. Security will monitor entrances to all conference function space.
