The Westin Kierland is SOLD OUT. Registration is still open but our hotel block is now completely full on Monday. When registering for the conference, you may still include a housing request, however please note that you will be placed on a waitlist until further notice. Because we cannot guarantee rooms will become available, we strongly encourage you to make other arrangements and take note of your hotel’s cancellation policy in case we are able to get you into the Westin at a later date. To Reserve Your Room
You will be asked to provide your hotel arrival and departure dates when you register online. This is the only way to make a hotel reservation. Guest rooms will be located at both The Westin Kierland and a nearby overflow hotel. The hotels will not accept calls for reservations or changes to existing reservations at any time. The group rate of $279++/night is only guaranteed until August 28.
Hotel Confirmations: Reservation confirmations will be emailed the week of September 4.

Important Hotel Notes
Conference registration neither confirms nor guarantees hotel placement. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to sell out. PCMA staff will closely monitor reservation requests and will notify attendees when/if the hotels sell out. Attendees who register after The Westin Kierland sells out will be placed in an overflow hotel. PCMA will provide regular shuttle transportation between both properties.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations that are two nights or more require a two-night room deposit. This deposit will be applied to the first two nights of stay and charged 21 days prior to arrival to the card provided when making the reservation. If the reservation is only for one night, deposit will be for one night. Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before August 28 in order to avoid forfeiting the hotel deposit. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of remaining reserved room nights.
Transportation
It’s about a 25 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to The Westin Kierland. Uber as well as taxis and black cars pick up outside of baggage claim.
Transtyle Transportation is the hotel’s preferred car service and can be arranged in advance by calling (800) 410-5479 or by visiting their website. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is also available at the hotel. We suggest you contact them in advance at (480) 624-1000 to discuss reservations.
