Q: Registration Substitutions
Registration slots are non-transferable from one company to another; however, substitutions within companies are welcome in advance of conference. Please email Shelly O’Neill if you would like to make a registration substitution.
Q: Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received in writing will be accepted up to 7 days (September 7) prior to the start of the conference for a full refund. Cancellations after September 7 will not be refunded.
Q: Virtual Meeting only and one-day badges
All badges are considered “full access.” Because the event is only two days and because we consider meetings just as much a part of the conference program as sessions, we do not offer meeting room only or one day badges.
Q: Accessing the Virtual Platform
The virtual platform will launch in mid-August, and all registrants will receive login information once the platform is live.
Attire is generally business casual although we encourage attendees to dress comfortably.
