Important Information On Our Virtual Conference Platform.

Here’s what you need to know!

Video Tutorials – How to Use the Virtual Platform

Video tutorials are below! We hope you will take a few minutes and get familiar with the platform.

You Must Log Into The Virtual Platform

All registered attendees should access the platform by visiting https://pcma2020.zerista.com. To activate your profile, select the “I know my password” button and type in “pcma2020” as the password. Once you’ve gained access to the platform, click on “Settings” in the navigation bar on the left side of the page to create your personal password for your security. Please note that you must access the virtual platform to join scheduled private meetings.

Google Chrome and Computer vs Mobile Access

The Annual Meeting virtual platform is a combination of technologies that function only when using Google Chrome as your internet browser from your desktop or laptop, and NOT a mobile device.  Other browsers like Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox are not supported. Please plan to use Chrome and a non-mobile computer to engage in the Annual Meeting platform.

Jitsi Platform for Video Meetings

Jitsi is the video conferencing technology our platform will utilize to facilitate private meetings. As you prepare to engage in meetings on September 14th and 15th, you may want to get familiar with the Jitsi interface and functionality here: https://meet.jit.si/ — Jitsi is an open virtual meeting platform, so you will be able to setup a test meeting with anyone (a coworker perhaps).

Jitsi is very similar to a Zoom or WebEx meeting. You can view a Jitsi functionality video online here.

If you have any questions, please visit the FAQ tab of the virtual platform. If you still need assistance, please email Shelly O’Neill or Kayla Firriolo.
