To Reserve Your Room
You will be asked to provide your hotel arrival and departure dates when you register for the conference. This is the only way to make a hotel reservation. Guest rooms will be located at the Arizona Biltmore. The hotel will not accept calls for reservations or changes to existing reservations at any time. The group rates of $379++/night is only guaranteed until August 31st.
Hotel Confirmations: Hotel deposits will be taken the week of September 4th and reservation confirmations will be emailed at that time.

Waitlist and Alternative Hotel Properties
PCMA cannot guarantee hotel rooms at the Arizona Biltmore for those registering as Non-Sponsoring Affiliates or under the Additional Registration Slot registration type. Important Hotel Notes
Conference registration neither confirms nor guarantees hotel reservations. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are expected to sell out. PCMA staff will closely monitor reservation requests and will notify attendees when/if the hotels sell out. Attendees who register after the hotel sells out will be placed on a waitlist. Hotel Cancellation Policy
All reservations that are two nights or more require a two-night room deposit. This deposit will be applied to the first two nights of stay and charged 30 days prior to arrival to the card provided when making the reservation. If the reservation is only for one night, the deposit will be for one night. Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before August 30, 2024 to avoid forfeiting the hotel deposit. The Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of Phoenix, less than 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and a short trip to downtown Phoenix or Old Town Scottsdale.
