PCMA Welcomes Additions to Federal Affairs, Human Resources, and Industry Relations Teams

(Washington, D.C.) — The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA) is announcing new personnel additions to its Federal Affairs, Human Resources, and Industry Relations teams.

“The additions of Glen Chambers, Jill Mitoko, and Troy Hysmith add tremendous value to PCMA,” said JC Scott, PCMA President and CEO. “Each brings diverse experience and knowledge that will help us better represent America’s pharmacy benefit managers, as they provide prescription drug access and affordability to millions of patients nationwide.”

Glen Chambers joins PCMA as Senior Vice President, Federal Affairs and Political Strategy, and he will lead the organization’s lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill. Glen previously worked at CVS Health as Vice President, Federal Affairs. He also oversaw federal lobbying for Aetna and worked on Capitol Hill as Chief of Staff to Senator Roy Blunt (R-MO) and former Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS).

Jill Mitoko, PHR, SHRM-CP, is joining PCMA as Vice President, Human Resources, Benefits and Administration. Previously, Jill served as Senior Director, Human Resources and Facilities at the Water Environment Federation. Prior to that, Jill was Director of Human Resources at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Jill holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from the Catholic University and is a certified Human Resources professional.

Troy Hysmith is joining PCMA as Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives and Industry Relations. Most recently, Troy worked at National Public Radio focusing on strategic planning, enterprise (strategic) risk management, and business development. Prior to that, Troy worked for AARP Services Inc., Bank of America, and Deloitte Consulting in strategy, operational excellence, and revenue creation roles.
