In Review: PCMA received the Proposed Rule for PBMs that will be presented by the Department on December 5. Peter Fjelstad with PCMA, circulated the proposed rule to PCMA members and has requested feedback.
Up Next: PCMA member feedback on the proposed rule will determine our next step before the December 5 hearing.
Additionally, PCMA has meetings set with both the House and Senate Insurance Committee chairs over the next two weeks.
