In Review: Since the public hearings on SB 99 and SB 93, the independent pharmacy owners have kept pressure on the Alabama Senate. Last week, PCMA met with Senator Bell to discuss the bills and where things stood today. PCMA followed up with Sen. Bell today and worked without members on suggestions for the draft bill.
Up Next: When the new bill is filed, it is possible that all members of the Senate will sponsor the bill and it will move fast through the Senate.
