Up Next: HB 226 (reimbursement, AWP, AWSP, white bagging, mail order) will all be heard on Tuesday, February 27, in the House, Health & Social Services Committee. The bill is the companion to SB 121, which will be heard in the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee on Wednesday, February 28. PCMA previously submitted a comment letter opposing SB 121 and sent a comment letter Friday, February 23, opposing HB 226. PCMA will testify telephonically on both bills.
