In Review: HB 226 (reimbursement, AWP, AWSP, white bagging, mail order) was advanced out of the House Health & Social Services Committee last week and now goes before the House Labor and Commerce Committee. A hearing has been set for March 6. SB 121 was also heard last week in Senate Health & Social Services Committee but with a limited time for public testimony, the proponents took up almost the entire allotment.

Up Next: We are still waiting to understand the status of SB 121, which was scheduled to be heard last week. A hearing in the Senate Labor and Commerce Committee is scheduled for March 6.
