In Review: Several bills continue to move through the legislature, with SB 134 (licensure) and its companion HB 149 (licensure) proposing to shift PBMs and TPAs from registration to licensure; both bills received hearings in their respective Health Committees and are currently awaiting further scheduling.

Up Next: House Bill 144 (prior authorization and step therapy)  will be heard in the House Labor & Commerce Committee on April 14 (invited testimony only) and again on April 16 (public testimony). SB 133 (prior authorization, Stage 4 Metastatic Cancer) is set for a Senate Finance Committee hearing on April 15.
