In Review: Thursday, Senator Jennae Shamp (R) introduced a Forced Pharmacy Closure bill, SB 1545. This language is a departure from the language the bill sponsor floated before the start of the session, which included only prohibitions on steering and white bagging, and transparency requirements. PCMA and the team on the ground have already begun outreach to Senators in opposition to the bill, and our coalition partner, Save Our Benefits Arizona, is preparing a campaign in opposition to the bill.
