Arizona Weekly Update 2.13.26

In Review: This week, Senator Janae Shamp’s (R) forced pharmacy closure and anti-steering bills both failed to be assigned to a committee in time to be added to an agenda before the deadline. This defeats the bills for this session; however, we will remain vigilant for efforts to put the language in striker bills in the House. Additionally, PCMA is set to testify in opposition to Representative Selina Bliss’s (R) dispensing fee bill on Monday in her Health & Human Services Committee. We are also coordinating with the Greater Phoenix Chamber for their testimony in opposition.
