Up Next: This week, the CEOs of the Greater Phoenix Chamber and the Arizona Chamber published an op-ed hitting back at the Governor’s and legislators’ anti-PBM/Payor proposals.  The response was coordinated by our coalition partner, Save Our Benefits Arizona, and the article can be found here. PCMA continues to work to address our members’ concerns with the frozen formulary, anti-affiliate, and audit restriction bills, but the Senate sponsor does not appear to be inclined to negotiate, so we are working with legislative leaders and allies to develop alternatives to slow the bills.
