In Review: Over the weekend, the Arizona legislature finalized the state budget and adjourned sine die. They closed the 2024 session without taking final action on the frozen formulary bill, SB 1164, and so the bill died, but the author has already expressed an interest in bringing it back next year. Now, all eyes will turn to the legislative races, where several of our allies are facing challengers. PCMA is working with members, Save Our Benefits – Arizona, and other allies to support the election of our friends and other new pro-competition legislators.
