In Review: Arkansas legislators introduced a measure prohibiting entities directly or indirectly owned by a PBM from obtaining a pharmacy license. The bill was announced at a press conference hosted by the state pharmacy association and headlined by the state Attorney General. PCMA has responded to media requests on this measure and is coordinating with members on strategies to oppose the bill.
