Two organizations (Conservatives for Lower Healthcare Costs and Arkansas Families for Affordable Healthcare) have initiated campaigns against the measure, citing the impact of pharmacy network adequacy and access to mail-order specialty drugs. The bill has been referred to the House Committee on Insurance, but no hearing has been scheduled on the legislation.
