In Review: The Senate Committee on Insurance held hearings on SB 103 (Any Willing Pharmacy Modifications) and SB 104 (Any Willing Pharmacy and PBM Trade Practices) this week. PCMA was present to testify in opposition. The Committee voted to advance SB 104 but held SB 103 pending consideration of an amendment proposed by the Hospital Association.

Up Next: Arkansas Families for Affordable Care has renewed its campaign in opposition to HB 1150. HB 1150 remains pending a fiscal note. The bill is not eligible for a Committee hearing until the fiscal note is released.
