Up Next: The House Committee on Insurance will hear HB 1150 (vertical integration) this Wednesday. PCMA has been coordinating with member companies on a testimony in opposition. PCMA continues to engage with key members of the House Insurance Committee through direct contact and outside campaign advocacy. The Senate Committee on Insurance will hear SB 475 – the PSAO Model Transparency Act, and SB 140 – a coverage mandate for biosimilars.
