In Review: Last week, PCMA offered oral comments on the Arkansas Insurance Department’s (AID) proposed revisions to its PBM rule. In our comments, PCMA requested clarification from the AID on the scope of its enforcement of the rules and the authority under which it is promulgating the rules. We also requested clarification on certain definitions and licensure requirements. In addition to our oral comments, we are working with our regulatory affairs team to craft our detailed written responses prior to the deadline in early May.
