Up Next: The Select Committee on Biotechnology is holding a so-called information hearing on February 5 on Pharmacy Benefit Management 101. So-called because only two invited presenters, Dr. Erin Trish from the USC Schaeffer School and Antonio Ciaccia, are open critics of PBMs. Bill will be in attendance and speak during the public comment period if there is any time remaining, as Committee staff have indicated the hearing will be limited to one-hour total. Bill will also meet with Senate and Assembly committee staff to discuss potential upcoming legislation and reiterate our desire to be included in any policy discussions.  Bill and Alison Ramey will also meet with our trade colleagues to continue to coordinate our respective strategies.
