Up Next: Members have been sent a draft PCMA comment letter on SB 966 (BoP licensing and regulation, AWP, ban on spread pricing, private right of action) for review and comment. The bill will first go to the Senate Committee on Business and Professions, although no hearing date has been set. Additionally, the joint PCMA/Politico event will take place on Tuesday, March 19, at the Elks Tower in Sacramento.
