In Review: PCMA hosted a virtual legislative staff briefing on Friday, March 28. Anthony Palmisano from Prime Therapeutics provided a PBM 101 and then identified key issues in SB 41, including the ban on spread pricing and delinking.
Up Next: We understand the earliest SB 41 would be heard in the Senate Health Committee is April 9. We are still awaiting potential committee amendments, which the Chair was scheduled to review with the bill author, Senator Scott Wiener (D), last week.
