Up Next: SB 966 (BoP licensure and regulation, ban on spread pricing, AWP, delinking, and private right of action) is rumored to be set for hearing in Senate B&P on April 8, although not yet confirmed. We are working on a coalition letter, coordinating with our fellow trades, and continuing to set up meetings with committee members and staff.
