In Review: Assembly Health Committee Chair Mia Bonta (D) amended her spot bill (AB 910) to contain several of the same provisions in SB 41 including a ban on delinking and a ban on spread pricing.
Up Next: The Assembly Health Committee will hear AB 910 on April 23. The Senate Health Committee will hear SB 41 on April 23. PCMA will testify at both hearings. SB 41 will also be heard by the Senate Judiciary Committee on April 29.
