Up Next: The Senate Appropriations Committee will most likely hold its hearing on SB 966 (DOI licensing, ban on spread pricing, delinking, accreditation, reporting) on May 16. Members have been asked to rank the remaining issues, which appear to be the ban on spread, some of the reporting requirements, delinking, and some definition issues. We will reach out to Senator Wiener to discuss our issues and shortly be shifting our attention to the assembly.
