California Weekly Update 6.24.24

In Review: PCMA submitted written comments on SB 966 to the Assembly Health Committee. Unfortunately, we had less than 24 hours to provide comments based on the latest author’s amendments. It is clear the author took none of our requested amendments, and our comment letter highlights the sponsor’s lack of engagement as well as our concerns with the ban on spread pricing, delinking, AWP, and several of the reporting requirements.

Up Next: SB 966 is set to be heard in the Assembly Health Committee on June 25 and in the Assembly Judiciary Committee on July 2.
