Up Next: PCMA members were sent a draft comment letter to the Assembly Health Committee on SB 966 (AWP, ban on spread pricing, licensing, delinking, reporting) to review and suggest edits. We are still waiting to hear from our health plan partners on developing a set of unified amendments to share with the Committee staff, the author, the bill sponsors, and the governor’s office. PCMA and our fellow health plan trades will be meeting with Committee staff in the near future.
