Up Next: The hearing on SB 41 is set to be heard in the Assembly Health Committee on Tuesday, July 8. Governor Gavin Newsom’s (D) budget trailer bills dealing with health care, and including his PBM policy provisions (transparency, fiduciary to the plan), will likely be voted on today, June 29. All budget trailer bills are required to be passed before July 1. Our scheduled legislative briefing with freshmen members is being postponed due to recent scheduling conflicts.
