In Review: The California General Assembly is on recess until August 5. PCMA and our coalition partners continue our grassroots, grass-tops, and advertising outreach in opposition to SB 966, the PBM omnibus bill. We are also re-evaluating the bill language for any possible applicability to ERISA and coordinating with AHIP on the effort.
Up Next: PCMA and members of the California team are set to meet with the California Health & Human Services on Monday to discuss concerns with the legislation.
