In Review: SB 966 (licensing, transparency, GPO regulation, AWP) was further amended on Friday. These amendments, which also strike delinking and the ban on spread pricing, along with the full bill, will be voted on in the Assembly as early as Monday.
Up Next: Assuming the bill passes in the Assembly, it will have to go back to the Senate for concurrence. We will continue to oppose the bill at all stages, including making a veto request if necessary. The legislature will adjourn on Saturday, August 31.
