California Weekly Update 9.9.24

Up Next: PCMA and our coalition partners, California Alliance Prescription Affordability (CAPA), are ramping up our communications campaign urging Governor Gavin Newsom (D) to veto SB 955 (licensing, transparency, AWP, open formulary). We continue our grassroots, grasstops, and digital ad campaigns focusing on how SB 966 does nothing for patients and is a windfall for pharma. The governor has until September 30 to sign, veto, or let SB 966 become law without his signature.
