In Review: Prior to the start of the legislative session last week, PCMA received a draft delinking bill proposed by House Health & Human Services Chair Kyle Brown (D). The draft bill also includes a NADAC +2% reimbursement mandate and disclosure requirements. PCMA members and counsel continue to communicate with Chair Brown and to educate him on the ramifications of the delinking language and he has expressed some reservations about the language based on those conversations. He has committed to continuing the conversation and is set to meet with PCMA members this week.
