Up Next: This week the Division of Insurance (DOI) will host stakeholder meetings to discuss the implementation of two bills passed during the 2024 session. The stakeholder meeting for the “Transparency in Health Care Coverage” bill, SB 80, will be on Tuesday, November 5 at 2:00 PM MT. The stakeholder meeting for the prior authorization bill, HB 1149, will be on Thursday, November 7 at 11:00 AM MT. The DOI released draft rules for the Transparency reporting on Friday of last week, and written comments are due this Friday, November 8.
