Up Next: On Wednesday, Colorado’s delinking bill, HB 1094, is set to be heard in the House Health & Human Services Committee. PCMA’s ongoing talks with the bill sponsor have not yielded the removal of the delinking language, and PCMA has launched a grassroots and grasstops PR campaign to defeat the bill. PCMA continues efforts to educate possible allies, such as the Insurance Commissioner, about the potential impact on premiums if the delinking language passes.
