In Review: Last week, Colorado’s “delinking” bill, HB 1094, was heard and passed by the House Health & Human Services Committee. PCMA’s counsel testified in opposition to the bill alongside, the Colorado Chamber, the Colorado Association of Health Plans, and AHIP. The proponents stacked the testimony with almost 30 presenters signed up to testify. The bill was amended in committee to remove self-funded plans, but PCMA continues our opposition through direct lobbying and a grassroots and grasstops public relations campaign.
