In Review: Last week, Colorado’s delinking bill, HB 25-1094, was pulled from the House Appropriations hearing on Friday as the sponsor continued to work through issues related to the fiscal note. PCMA’s ground team secured an op-ed opposing the “delinking” bill by a former Democratic legislator in Colorado Politics titled “Colorado’s working families can’t afford Big Pharma’s cash grab.”
