Up Next: On Thursday, Colorado’s delinking bill, HB 25-1094, will be heard in the Senate Health & Human Services Committee. The Senate Sponsor, Dylan Roberts (D), continues to express a willingness to keep the bill from passing out of committee in favor of HB 25-1222, the rural and independent pharmacists reimbursement bill. PCMA continues our grasstops outreach and restarted our grassroots advertising to provide cover for Sen. Roberts’s efforts. PCMA is coordinating testimony with CAHP, AHIP, the Colorado Chamber, and other groups to increase the opposition to the bill during the committee.
