Up Next: Last week, Colorado’s delinking bill, HB 25-1094, was pulled from the agenda of the Senate Health & Human Services Committee just hours before it was set to be heard. This occurred after back-and-forth discussions with PCMA members and the proponents of the bill on alternative language. The bill was rumored to return to the agenda this week, but to date, it has not been added to an agenda. This week, Colorado PCMA members will meet to finalize feedback on the proponents’ alternative language and push the Senate Sponsor Dylan Roberts (D) to either accept our alternative or continue to lay over the bill. PCMA continues our grasstops outreach and our grassroots advertising to provide cover for Sen. Roberts’s efforts.
